What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped within 7-45 days of ordering. Order tracking information will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.
We ship worldwide via UPS and other courier services. Order are shipped from Vancouver, Canada.

Is your website secure?
Yes, keeping your private information secure is very important to us. Our website including the shopping cart is Level 1 PCI Compliant to ensure our customers’ data is protected.
For all custom orders please enter your name and email on our custom order page and one of our style consultants will contact you to schedule an appointment to go over your requirements. You can also email us at customorders@wellgroomed.ca to schedule a consultation.

You can choose either Adjusted Fit or Custom Order option.
CUSTOM ORDER : This option means that the outfit is custom made to your size and can also be made in a different color, neckline style, and sleeve length. Customer orders ship within 30-60 days.
ADJUSTED FIT: This options means that the outfit will be adjusted your measurements. Adjusted fit orders ship within 7-10 days.
Adjusted fit outfits can ONLY be altered to certain sizes. Please refer to alteration guide below for each outfit type.
